• The model has automatic longitudinal and cross feed. It offers intermittent and continuous cross feed. The table and saddle both has double V ways. The NC spindle downfeed system is optional.

Preset hydraulic table speed control:

• Preset hydraulic table speed control allows operator to pre-set table feed rate (6 fpm – 83 fpm) so one can have the same speed rate every time the hydraulic table is engaged. The saddle rides on precision, hand scraped double V ways coated with TURCITE for better retaining of lube oil and minimize wear on the ways.

Extensive ribbing work table design:

• Extensive ribbing design of the work table allows heavy duty grinding, ensures no distortion of the table even under difficult grinding conditions. Double V ways at the bottom of the work table allows precise longitudinal movement during grinding. The saddle is also equipped with double V ways to ensure precise movement of cross travel.

NC spindle downfeed system:

• Settings include : Zero setting, total depth, rough cut, fine cut and number of spark out. down feed speed, table stop at right or left. Electronic handwheel (MPG) allows manual dialing for down feed operations.
